Geology

La Presidenta deposit is located near the northwest margin of the Lomas Bayas caldera

Silver mineralization occurs in a north-south striking manto-type structure measuring approximately 400 m long and 20 to 30 m wide

Deposit is associated with a shallow-dipping manto structure with good silver grades values but only traces of gold

History

Was mined in the early 1900's but only 50,000 tonnes was mined by room-and-pillar mining methods

In the early 1980's 19 shallow reverse circulation holes averaging only 25 m each were drilled

Drilling and sampling during the 1980's returned values averaging about 90 g/t silver

Plans for Exploration:

Sampling suggests bulk tonnage potential
